How to spend points and what happens to orders

Select “Use my Copper Points” in your basket. Points can combine with Copper Monday, daily deals and a qualifying referral discount. Delivery is paid separately.

Credit is reserved when an order request is submitted, and returned if that request is cancelled or fully refunded. Referral rewards are reversed if the qualifying order is refunded. Any credit already spent is offset against future earnings.
