COPPER CARD · COPPER VAULT

Programme terms

Version 2.3 · Published 10 October 2026 · Operator: Aminio

Money off qualifying purchases only. No cash alternatives or withdrawals.

1. Operator, scope and commencement

The promoter and operator of the Aminio Copper Card and Copper Vault Affiliate Scheme is Aminio. In these terms, “Aminio”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of these programmes.

These terms govern the free Aminio Copper Club / Copper Card points loyalty programme and the Copper Vault Affiliate Scheme. They supplement, and do not replace, the terms applying to a product purchase. They do not alter statutory rights, product safety duties, delivery obligations or any applicable right to cancel or obtain a refund.

Version 2.3 is published on 25 October 2026. The £10 referral offer applies to new qualifying orders from publication; previously earned rewards retain their recorded value. These terms apply prospectively when made available and accepted. Publication does not itself mean that an existing member has agreed to new terms. Any previously earned entitlement remains subject to the terms validly agreed when it was earned, unless a lawful change is separately agreed.

Copper Vault enrolment is available before launch. Referral activation, qualifying referral discounts and use of Vault credit begin at 6:00 pm UK time on Monday 12 October 2026 (17:00 UTC). Copper Card daily reveals are already available and do not depend on the Vault launch. Both programmes are ongoing without a fixed closing date, subject to section 10.

2. Eligibility and joining

Participation is optional and free. You must be at least 18, have a verified Aminio customer account, provide accurate details and use your own account. Joining the Copper Card does not automatically enrol you in the Copper Vault Affiliate Scheme. A product purchase is not required to join either scheme or to receive a free Copper Card reveal.

You must be eligible to use the Aminio shop and comply with applicable law. Products described as laboratory research products are not intended for human or animal consumption. Programme membership or a reward does not certify that a product is suitable, authorised or lawful for any particular use, or override restrictions applying to a product.

Only one membership of each scheme is permitted per individual. Use the same verified account to return on another browser. Do not create aliases or use another person’s identity to obtain extra benefits. A genuine account can be investigated without automatically treating everybody at the same address or connection as fraudulent.

Programme terms must be accessible before you agree to them. Creating an account, activating a Card or joining the Vault must use the agreement step shown for that programme. Marketing consent is separate and optional; refusing or withdrawing it does not remove programme access. No paid subscription, deposit or recurring charge is created by joining.

3. Rewards are money off only

All benefits under these programmes are promotional discounts or money-off shop credit. No cash alternatives, cash payments, withdrawals, bank transfers or cryptocurrency payouts are available. Rewards cannot be sold, transferred to another account, exchanged for cash or used outside Aminio. An affiliate referral link may be shared as permitted below; the resulting credit itself is not transferable.

Copper Vault is the name of a loyalty-credit account. You cannot pay money into it, it does not earn interest, and displaying a pound amount describes the maximum corresponding purchase discount, not a cash balance owed on demand.

Rewards reduce eligible product charges only. Delivery and other excluded charges remain payable. A reward is not a guarantee of stock, acceptance of an order request or fulfilment. Any cash refund of money actually paid for goods remains governed by the purchase terms and applicable law; this money-off restriction does not prevent a statutory refund.

4. Copper Club daily cards, stamps and streaks

One free daily card is available per verified member per UK calendar day, resetting at midnight Europe/London time including daylight-saving changes. Each completed reveal adds one collected stamp and awards Copper Points. A saved result can be reopened but does not award points or stamps again. Scratching or pressing Reveal commits the server result; closing the page after that does not cancel the award.

Play either the daily card or Copper Sparkle on consecutive UK days to earn an automatic 5-point bonus every third day, a 25-point bonus every seventh day, and a 500-point milestone bonus at day 100. Third-day and seventh-day rewards repeat throughout the streak and stack when milestones overlap. A UK date counts once, even when both games are played. Previously earned unused bonus reveals remain saved and award points using the daily-card allocation; they do not extend a streak.

A streak counts consecutive UK dates with a saved daily reveal or a saved Copper Sparkle catch. Missing a day resets the current streak, while points, collected stamps and the personal best remain. First-scratch, collection and streak badges are cosmetic. Seven-day and 30-day personal-best milestones unlock card finishes; the streak bonuses above are additional to each game’s points and do not change card allocation odds.

No purchase is required. Daily or bonus reveals cannot be bought, transferred or obtained by purchasing products. There is no paid entry route.

5. Copper Points allocation and value

The free welcome adventure awards 25 Copper Points once per verified customer account after its three steps are completed. Copper Sparkle saves 1 point for every caught token, up to 18 per round. Every round can earn points every day; there is no weekly rewarded-round limit. A round lasts 20 seconds. Catches must be saved within 30 seconds of its start, and a completed round must be saved within ten minutes and in the week it started. The server validates drop timing and awards each token once. Streak bonuses are automatic, replacing the former weekly mission and seven-stamp monetary awards. No quiz or purchase is required. Savings targets do not lock points or change their value.

Each new daily or bonus reveal independently awards 5 Copper Points with a 60% allocation, 10 points with 30%, 25 points with 9%, or 100 points with 1%. The server randomly selects one of 100 equally intended allocation positions; cryptographic sampling uses a 32-bit random value modulo 100, with negligible modulo rounding. The animation does not determine or change the result. These allocations do not promise any particular personal sequence or a 100-point award after 100 reveals.

100 Copper Points equal £1 off qualifying product charges; 1,000 equal £10 off. Points are promotional money-off units and are not cash, a bank account, an investment, transferable currency or a withdrawable asset. Daily-card, saved bonus-card, Copper Sparkle, streak and paid-referral awards share one Copper Vault ledger.

Points are credited automatically when the reveal is recorded. No claim fee, purchase or message to an administrator is required. Each source award can be recorded only once. Uninterrupted internet access is not guaranteed; retrying the same saved reveal retrieves its existing result.

No separate Copper Drop or physical prize is currently included. Any future additional prize promotion requires published dates, quantities, allocation, entry and redemption conditions before participation.

6. Existing percentage rewards and transition

Previously earned 3% and 5% percentage rewards remain usable until their original expiry under their original rules. No existing valid percentage entitlement is converted, removed or shortened by the points launch. New reveals and streak milestones issue points instead of percentage rewards.

Earlier percentage rewards apply to eligible UK-stock products in one request and exclude delivery, China/group-buy goods and test products. Use only one percentage reward per request. They do not stack with daily deals, Copper Monday deals or the new-customer referral discount. Available Vault points can be used alongside an otherwise eligible earlier percentage reward.

The original seven-day expiry remains checked by the server. Submitting an eligible request marks the percentage reward used; cancelling an unpaid request restores it only while unexpired. Paid or refunded purchases do not automatically create replacement percentage rewards. Statutory rights and fair corrections for verified service faults remain unaffected.

7. Copper Vault qualifying referrals

Join the Copper Vault Affiliate Scheme separately using your verified customer account and the agreement shown on the Vault page. Your personal referral link becomes usable at launch. Before launch it cannot bind a qualifying referral, give the £10 referral discount or earn referral credit. An early link visit may be retained in that browser for association when the friend returns after launch; early visits do not themselves create a reward. Early enrolment does not reserve a reward or create guaranteed earnings.

A referred person must be a genuinely new Aminio customer. The system checks previous non-test orders associated with their account or verified email, including outstanding requests; a previously placed order that has not been cancelled may make them ineligible even if unpaid. Changing an email address or creating another account does not make an existing customer new.

After launch, the friend must open your active personal link, sign up or sign in with their own verified account and have the referral associated with that account. The first qualifying referral association is retained; opening a later link does not switch referrers. The referral must be used before its 30-day expiry, which begins when it is associated with the friend’s account. Browser referral information may also expire or be blocked, so clicking a link alone does not guarantee attribution.

The friend must submit their first qualifying order containing at least £50 of product charges after any Copper Monday or daily-deal reductions, excluding delivery, before the referral discount and any Vault credit are applied. The qualifying referral gives £10 off product charges. The £10 referral discount can combine with Copper Monday and daily deals and available Copper Vault credit. Orders containing test products or a Copper Card percentage reward do not qualify for the new-customer referral discount. Eligible UK-stock and China/group-buy product charges can count towards the £50 threshold.

No self-referrals, duplicate-account referrals or referrals using the referrer’s contact or delivery details are permitted. A friend must use their own genuine details. Only one rewarded first-customer referral is allowed per referred person. Rejected or cancelled requests do not create an affiliate reward; eligibility and the original referral expiry are checked again for a replacement request.

8. Earning, spending and reversing Copper Points

When a referred qualifying order is accepted and payment is recorded, 1,000 Copper Points (£10 money off) are added to the referrer’s Vault. Pending requests and clicks do not earn spendable points. Pending referrals display their potential 1,000-point reward separately from the available balance. No joining fee, payment for enrolment or multi-level commission applies.

Existing money-off Vault balances retain their exact value: each previously recorded penny is represented by one point. Daily scratches, saved bonus reveals, Copper Sparkle catches, streak bonuses and qualifying paid referrals share the same ledger.

Select “Use my Copper Points” in the basket, then choose £5 (500 points), £10 (1,000 points) or the maximum available balance. Only available points can be used. Checkout rechecks the balance and caps the applied amount at the requested points, available balance and qualifying product capacity. Unapplied points stay in the Vault.

Points can stack with Copper Monday and daily deals and with a qualifying £10 new-customer referral discount. They can also combine with an otherwise eligible earlier percentage reward, whose original stacking restrictions still apply. Delivery and orders containing test products are excluded. There is no separate £50 minimum for spending existing points; the £50 threshold applies to qualifying referral orders.

Checkout retains at least 1p per product package and never makes product charges negative. Earned points have no scheduled expiry under these terms. They cannot be exchanged for cash, withdrawn, transferred to another member or used against delivery charges.

Points are reserved and deducted from the available balance when an order request is successfully submitted. They are returned if that request is cancelled or fully refunded. A partial refund does not automatically return all spent points; any allocation must reflect refunded items and applicable statutory rights.

If a referred order is refunded, including a partial refund, its 1,000-point referral award is reversed. If already spent, the adjustment is offset against future points earnings. The spendable balance is not displayed as negative. An ordinary reversal does not require a cash repayment or another purchase.

Your Vault shows available points, reserved points, potential pending referral points and dated activity, including reversals. A disputed attribution or balance can be reviewed against relevant account and order records. System records are evidence, not an irrebuttable decision.

9. Affiliate advertising and permitted conduct

Sharing your referral link is advertising when you have a commercial interest in a qualifying purchase. Make that clear before people engage with your content. Use a prominent label such as “Ad” and explain the reward, for example: “Ad — my Aminio referral link. A qualifying new customer gets £10 off a first £50 product order, and I receive 1,000 Copper Points (£10 money off) when that order is paid. No cash payouts.”

Describe the actual offer accurately. Do not imply guaranteed earnings, cash commission, independence from Aminio, medical approval or unrestricted eligibility. Include significant restrictions where the link or offer is promoted; linking to full terms does not replace prominent disclosure of the £50 threshold, new-customer restriction or money-off-only nature.

Do not send unsolicited promotional emails, texts or direct messages, scrape contact lists or use another person’s personal information without a lawful basis. You are responsible for complying with applicable advertising, privacy and electronic-marketing rules and the rules of any platform used.

Do not make unauthorised medical, safety, treatment, performance or weight-loss claims, promote research products for human or animal use, or promote products contrary to applicable medicines or other law. Do not impersonate Aminio, register misleading domains, buy advertising or bid on Aminio brand terms without written permission, or conceal your commercial relationship.

You are an independent participant and cannot bind Aminio, accept payments or orders on its behalf, or represent yourself as its employee, agent or authorised medical adviser. You are responsible for obtaining advice about any tax obligations arising from your own circumstances; describing a reward as credit does not determine its tax treatment.

10. Fair use, suspension, changes and ending participation

Do not manipulate allocation, automate repeated claims, interfere with security, falsify purchases or payments, or exploit a technical error to obtain benefits not earned under these terms. Reasonable rate limits may affect shared connections; contact us if genuine use is blocked.

We may temporarily pause the affected activity to investigate credible evidence of abuse, a security incident or a legal requirement. We will act proportionately, explain the reason where lawful, allow you to challenge a decision, and correct an unjustified restriction. We will not confiscate unrelated, legitimately earned benefits simply because an allegation has been made.

You may stop participating at any time and ask us to close a programme membership through your usual Aminio support channel. Before requesting full account deletion, contact us about unused valid rewards and available Vault credit; deletion may prevent later access. We will explain available redemption arrangements and any lawful record-retention requirements before closure.

We may make reasonable prospective changes for legal, security or operational reasons. Material adverse changes will normally be notified at least 30 days in advance, with the revised version accessible before it applies. Urgent changes needed to comply with law or address an active security threat may take effect sooner, with notice as soon as reasonably practicable.

Changes do not retrospectively reduce a validly earned reward, impose a new expiry on existing credit without a fair arrangement, or remove a remedy for our breach. If a programme is discontinued, we will normally give at least 30 days’ notice and a reasonable opportunity to use existing benefits, honouring a later existing Card expiry. If continued redemption is unlawful, we will explain the lawful resolution; statutory remedies are preserved.

Future promotions with different prizes or mechanics require their own clearly stated conditions before entry. We will not materially change the rules of an already-entered promotion except where necessary and lawful, and without unfairly disadvantaging participants.

11. Accounts, privacy and communications

We use verified account details, Card progress, reveal allocations, referral associations and order/payment information to administer the schemes, prevent abuse, apply discounts and handle queries. Personal information must be handled in accordance with applicable data-protection law. Contact Aminio through your existing Aminio support channel for privacy enquiries, information about processing, or to exercise your data rights. These terms are not blanket consent to personal-data processing.

The site uses account sessions, browser storage and referral tracking. The privacy and cookie notices must explain their purposes and choices, including any tracking requiring consent. Declining promotional email does not forfeit rewards. Referral attribution is subject to lawful tracking and may not work if relevant information is unavailable; do not override a person’s privacy choice.

You may change promotional email preferences in your account or use the unsubscribe facility. Necessary service messages about an account, requested order or material programme change are distinct from optional advertising and will not be used to disguise promotional content.

Tell us promptly if you suspect account misuse. Do not share verification codes. We will use proportionate verification to resolve queries and will not demand unnecessary sensitive information. No public announcement identifying a participant or winner is authorised merely by accepting these terms; any necessary disclosure will have a lawful basis and appropriate notice.

12. Complaints and corrections

Contact Aminio through the Aminio support channel you normally use. Include your account email, relevant order number, approximate date/time and a description of the issue. Do not send a password or verification code. We aim to acknowledge complaints within five working days and provide a reasoned response within 20 working days, or explain why more time is needed.

We will review relevant records and your evidence and correct confirmed errors. Asking for help, exercising cancellation or refund rights, or making a good-faith complaint will not itself be treated as abuse. Any redress will be appropriate to the issue and consistent with your legal rights.

If a complaint remains unresolved, you may obtain independent advice and use any available dispute-resolution process or the courts. We will provide applicable alternative dispute-resolution information when required. Nothing in these terms requires private arbitration, prevents contact with a regulator or ombudsman where relevant, or makes our decision final in law.

13. Responsibility and legal rights

We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to exercise reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude responsibility for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

No term excludes mandatory consumer rights or makes a participant waive rights because a programme is free. In particular, the money-off-only nature of a reward does not operate as a general liability cap. There is no blanket right for Aminio to cancel benefits without reason or a broad obligation for a consumer to indemnify it.

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to a website or a member’s internet connection. We will take reasonable steps to resolve service faults within our control and provide fair corrections where they affect a properly earned benefit. An outage does not automatically extinguish an accrued entitlement.

Product-purchase rights and responsibilities are governed by the applicable purchase agreement and law. These programme terms do not legalise an otherwise unlawful sale or remove Aminio’s obligations as a trader by describing goods as research-only.

14. Governing law and interpretation

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory protections that apply where you habitually live. Consumers residing in Scotland or Northern Ireland retain the right to bring proceedings in their home courts; an exclusive England-and-Wales jurisdiction clause is not imposed on them.

If a provision is unlawful or unenforceable, it is ineffective to that extent and the remaining lawful provisions continue where they can operate fairly. Any ambiguity in a consumer term is interpreted in the way required by applicable consumer law. A delay in enforcing a right does not automatically waive it.

The agreement comprises the version of these terms validly accepted and any promotion-specific conditions made available before entry. Specific offer conditions cannot remove statutory rights, silently override a prominently advertised entitlement or be introduced after entry to avoid awarding a valid benefit. Rights already accrued, complaints, privacy obligations and lawful record-retention duties survive membership ending where relevant.
